We deliver to mainland France, throughout the European Union, to Switzerland, the French overseas territories, Canada and the United States.

2. Processing and preparation times

Every order, whether an accessory or a piece of Viking jewelry, needs careful preparation to guarantee the quality of the packaging.

  • Processing time: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Quality control: every item is checked before it is sent.

3. Estimated transit times

Transit times depend on the final destination:

  • Mainland France: estimated delivery within 7 to 15 working days after processing.

  • Europe (European Union): usually between 10 and 20 working days.

  • Switzerland, overseas territories, Canada and the United States: between 15 and 30 working days depending on the destination.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped by our partners, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This number lets you follow your parcel in real time on our dedicated tracking page.

5. Customs duties and taxes (international)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: Le Comptoir Viking is not responsible for these additional charges.

  • Payment: these taxes are paid solely by the customer and collected on delivery.

6. Delays and unforeseen circumstances

Le Comptoir Viking is committed to meeting the announced times; however, delays beyond our control may occur.

  • Limitation of liability: we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs checks.

  • Delivery guarantee: if your parcel has not been delivered within 60 working days, we will immediately send it again or give you a full refund.
