With its slender silhouette of 16 cm and its large capacity of 60 cl, it brings an essential touch of sophistication to your banquet table. Find this product in our Viking Mug collection.

A design inspired by Nordic goldsmiths
This chalice catches the eye with its artistic ironwork and contrasting textures:
-
"Ram's Horn" Handle: The metal grip traces a perfect curve, segmented like an animal horn or a piece of articulated armor. It offers a smooth, ergonomic, and highly stylish grip.
-
Slender Silhouette: Taller than classic barrels, it presents a proud line that dominates other glasses on the table, marking your status within the hall.
-
Contrasting Finishes: The deep grain of the dark "wood" brings out the silvery gleam of the handle and riveted bands, creating a perfect visual balance.

Did you know?
The Vikings practiced a sacred drinking ritual called the Sumbel. Far from being a mere anarchic drinking session, it was a highly codified ceremony where a cup passed from hand to hand in the Jarl's hall. Three types of mandatory toasts were given: the first to the Gods (often Odin for victory), the second to the Ancestors and fallen heroes, and finally personal oaths called Bragarfull. The latter had to be kept on pain of eternal dishonor. This mug with its refined handle is the ideal instrument to launch your own Sumbel and seal your promises under the sovereign gaze of the All-Father.

Which capacity to choose?
| Capacity | What it amounts to | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
| 380 ml | A little more than a 330 ml can | A size under 400 ml: you can hold it for a long time without tiring your wrist, for a drink you savor rather than a round. |
| 450 ml | A 330 ml can plus a generous top-up | The compromise for heavily sculpted models: a whole beer, without the weight of a 600 ml tankard once full. |
| 500 ml | A 500 ml bottle, filled to the brim | The beer drinker's benchmark: a whole 500 ml bottle fits, but with no room for the head. |
| 600 ml this product | A 500 ml bottle, with the room the head needs | The size for long feasts: you pour once and don't get up again. Full, it takes a firm grip. |
| About 420 to 550 ml | Roughly a pint | Capacity given as a range: each piece differs slightly. Choose it if a piece that isn't calibrated doesn't bother you. |
