A black raven, beak wide open, is silhouetted against a vast red runic circle. The background alternates between deep black and blood red, scattered with galdrastafir symbols and stylized ravens in the corners.
The story behind the design
The raven was the ultimate war emblem: the raven banner of Scandinavian chieftains, mentioned in Anglo-Saxon chronicles, was said to herald victory when the embroidered bird appeared to flap its wings. A deliberately bold piece, reserved for walls that can handle it.
Where to hang it
On the wall, of course, but also as a headboard, a room divider, stretched across the ceiling, or draped over a sofa. The large sizes cover an entire wall; the smaller ones are easy to frame.

Care
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate, cold cycle. Do not use bleach, air dry. Iron on low heat on the reverse side if necessary.
