A Handle Carved as a Ram's Horn

The handle of this tankard is a complete ram's horn, curled into a spiral and striated along its entire length. On the body, the head of Baphomet is inscribed in a pentagram on a red background, framed by horns and scrolls. A frieze of skulls encircles the base. 600 ml, 800 g empty. Find it among our Viking tankards.

What Sets This Piece Apart

  • Double wall: an outer shell of sculpted resin and a removable inner cup made of food-grade stainless steel. Your drink only touches the metal.
  • Full horn handle: it loops completely and offers a full-hand grip, far superior to a classic decorative handle.
  • Sculpted ridges: the horn's growth rings are modeled one by one, not just suggested by a texture.
  • 600 ml: the largest volume in our sculpted range, on par with a banquet tankard.
  • Hand-applied patina: the recesses remain dark, the edges catch the light. No two copies are ever strictly identical.

Complete the table with our banquet pieces or a natural yak drinking horn.

Did you know?

The pentagram has not always been a sinister sign, far from it. The Pythagoreans already used it as their sign of recognition and called it hygieia, health. In the Middle Ages, it was found engraved on churches and Christian amulets, where its five branches referred to the five wounds of Christ; it is also the coat of arms of Gawain in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, an emblem of his five virtues. Its inversion and association with the goat only date back to the 19th century, under the pen of French occultists. A few centuries of good reputation versus one hundred and fifty years of bad.
