A 19 × 15 cm belt bag closed by a flap. On the front, a knotwork band runs down beneath a weathered metal button stamped with an eight-armed symbol inspired by the Ægishjálmur around a triskele, and a braided cord finishes the design. On the back, a loop slides it onto the belt. Brown or black.

Did you know?
The symbol on the button is not strictly Viking. The Ægishjálmur, the "helm of awe", appears in Icelandic books of magic written between the 17th and 19th centuries, such as the Huld manuscript, long after the Viking Age. Its name, however, is old: in the Poetic Edda, the dragon Fáfnir boasts of wearing an ægishjálmr that terrified his enemies.

Does a phone fit inside?
Yes: at 19 × 15 cm and 3.8 cm deep, it holds a standard smartphone, keys and a slim wallet.
How is it worn?
By the loop on the back, which you slide onto the belt before buckling it. A belt of standard width fits.
Is it leather?
No: it is weathered leather-look polyester, lighter than leather. Clean it with a damp cloth.
How is it different from the belt pouch?
The pouch, closed with a drawstring, is made for coins and small items. The bag, with its flap, is bigger and takes a phone. The two look great worn together.

An eight-armed symbol inspired by the Ægishjálmur, the "helm of awe" of the Icelandic grimoires, with a triskele in the centre.
